Pay: £15000 To £19999 per annum

Our client is seeking to recruit new Collections Advisors from a sales or Customer service background. You will be trained in Debt Collection theory and practise. We are looking for real people who have shown longevity in the previous work experience.

What do we want?

Experienced call centre advisors who have shown longevity with their previous employer
Solid sales or customer service experience
Loyalty
No more than 2 jobs within last 2 years - No job hoppers
Upbeat, enthusiastic and driven performers
Motivated to achieve bonus and not just basic salary
MUST be confident on computer systems
MUST be able to pass a CREDIT CHECK
MUST not have any UNSPENT criminal convictions


What will you do?

Responsible for negotiating the settlement of outstanding debt
Handling non-payment objections effectively
Using smart questioning techniques to establish debtors’ situation
Offering solutions and advice to deal with debt
Working to strict performance targets
Remaining professional at all times
