Pay: £10000 To £14999 per annum

CUSTOMER COLLECTIONS ADVISORS


Location: Glasgow, 5 minutes from City Centre

Hours: Working rotational shifts, you must be flexible from 8am - 8..30pm, 5 days over 7

Salary: £12500 - £14500 depending on experience

Start Date: December

The Position:

Outbound call centre based role working within the debt collections environment.
You will be required to make outbound calls to mortgage customers to collect payments via the telephone and negotiate payment plans on outstanding debt.
Receiving inbound calls from customers making payments.
This is a soft collections based role with a major focus on customer service.

Essential Skills & Experience Required: (Candidates that do not have this experience will not be contacted)

Strong communication skills
Outbound sales experience within a contact centre environment or collections experience ESSENTIAL
Strong negotiation skills
Experience of working to targets
Comfortable working on an outbound dialler
You MUST pass a credit check as this is a financial services environment
