Customer Service Associate - Dunoon
Location: Glasgow
Pay: £Competitiv To £ / hr depending on skills and experience
Permanent positions are now available at HEROtsc for CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATES to join us in March 2010.

We are seeking Enthusiastic, Talented, Motivated, Customer Focused, and Exciting individuals to be part of our team as Customer Service Associates.

If you are looking for a PART TIME opportunity in a busy and friendly environment then this is the opportunity you have been waiting for. We are looking for people who can work a minimum of 15 hours per week, with shift patterns available covering Evenings and Weekends.

The Job:

•Receiving and responding to all incoming calls in a professional, courteous and friendly manner using the relevant campaign guidelines and scripts
•Effectively handling all inquiries using a variety of tools in order to contribute to the achievement of company strategy and objectives
•Dealing with all customer contacts efficiently, meeting or exceeding their expectations of the company
About You:

•You will be an excellent communicator and enthusiastically express yourself
•Fantastic customer service skills (preferably gained within a contact centre, customer service or retail environment)
•Have experience in resolving customers issues
•Willing to work as part of a team
•Eligible to work in UK
