Environmental Co Ordinator - Multi Site
Location: Falkirk / Grangemouth
Pay: £Salary dep To £ pa depending on skills and experience

We are currently looking to take on an Environmental Co-ordinator to join our organisation.

HEROtsc is committed to reducing its carbon footprint and seeks an Environmental Coordinator to support the implementation of company environmental policies and initiatives. Reporting to the Group Health & Safety manager this role will require liaison and coordination across the business.

Duties and Responsibilities

Act as Environmental Coordinator for HEROtsc Ltd, ensuring environmental policies and initiatives are implemented and that the company complies with current environmental legislation

Data gathering, recording, analysing and reporting

Project managing the implementation of identified actions and process improvements

Coordinating delivery of staff environmental awareness training

Drafting, reviewing and implementing processes and procedures

Researching and advising on legislation and its likely impact on HEROtsc Ltd

Reviewing and maintaining data collection and analysis tools

Skills and Experience

A Knowledge of the environmental pressures, which may have an impact on the business

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

Good presentation, communication and motivational skills


Ability to build relationships at different levels of the organisation

Ideally you will hold environmental qualifications along with experience of project managing. The ideal candidate will have excellent numeracy skills, and attention to detail. This position will also require travel between HEROtsc’s UK sites therefore a full UK driving license is essential.
